28 days from receipt of invoice, referencing SPI’s 7 digit PRO number (SPT-XXXXXXX) along with required proof of delivery as per signed load confirmation.
Carrier invoice and supporting proof of delivery can be emailed to payables. Aging will start from the date we receive the email. Your original invoice and back-up paperwork may still be required upon request.
