Our standard pay terms are 30 days from receipt of a valid POD and invoice.
For all Quick Pay requests, please send your documents to email@example.com. We will send you an invitation from Triumph Pay to set up and securely verify your account information. From here you will choose your default payment term, 2% Quick Pay is available, and pick a payment method – ACH, Check or Wire.
To expedite the processing of your Quick Pay, please include the following with your submission:
Carrier invoice – with Quick Pay noted and SPT#
Signed POD/BOL without notations of Damage or Claim
Once registered, you can log into your Triumph Pay account to see the status of your invoices and payments. For additional information regarding your Triumph Pay account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
